  • @xMrBunglex I have been using Spark People before this and I wasn't a fan. I'm not new to this way of health as I call it.

    I know we have a lot of weddings coming up and BBQs and all so I am trying to come up with a game plan. Fail to prepare, prepare to fail. We have no chips, candy, ice cream, etc in this house and I plan on keeping it that way so there is no binge or step back. So far it's been working. Last week I was down 4.6lb and with Spark People it was usually 2 per week so I'm pretty happy and this is with a new back injury and no gym for last week and this week.
