I Am Type 2 Diabetic
My name is Shelia, I am Diabetic type 2. About 9 years ago they put my on Actos 45mg for my sugar. I gain 310 pounds. I realized the medicine my Doctor put me on was causing the weight gain. I took my last pill cause He refuse to believe that was it. Even my husband told him I was not eating much of anything to try to lose. When I quit taking that I lost in 2 years 112 pounds. I battle between 5 to 20 pounds. But my sugar was going up. I just like to lose at least 50 or 60 pound to reach my goal and would love to come off the medicine I am on now. Now I have OA of the spine. I force myself to work as much as I can. Losing this weight could relief some of the pain I am sure. I do enjoy my work, I am a part-time cashier at Save a lot grocery store. I just need guidance in this that would help me to reach my goal.

Hi Shelia! I was pre-diabetic before I lost my weight. You can add me as a friend. I would be happy to encourage you along the way!0
