Any tips for not give up?

Hi every one, I never been thin but now is the time for me to get a health body. I need to lost 30KG. I try a few time but alway give up after lost a few kilograms. Can anyone give me some tips?

  • the simple part of it is: calories in and calories out! Burn off more than you take in and you will lose weight. I don't understand macros, micros and the scientific stuff so I have nothing there. You have to look at it as a life style change and not a diet. I have not given up any foods, just learned to eat them in moderation. Get moving. Find exercises you like to do. Strength training will give you that lean body and cardio burns calories. It is not easy but well worth it. good luck to you.
  • Remembering why you want to do this. Make a list of reasons. What does a healthy body do for you? How long did it take you to lose a few kilograms last time?
