    Familia Swiss Muesli-no added sugar
    Rolled whole grains with fruit and nuts
    Delicious!
    Also, Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain crunchy cereal-cinnamon raisin

  • Sometimes I crave cereal and have it as a snack. Today was one of those days and I happened to stumble upon this thread. I went on a walk to trader Joes and bought a box of that fiber medley with fruit and nut cereal and just had it with Almond milk. It hit the spot. Usually I have shredded wheat or special K protein plus cinnamon flavor but they are not healthy.

    I love the shredded wheat n bran one with some fresh blueberries and milk. It's the most flavorful cereal with no extra stuff that I've tried.
