pretty much the same for me. I try not to eat late at night so i am as empty as possible when i weigh in.
and, to that end, i don't wear any clothes. I need to know my true weight.

Wake up, per, weigh in. Usually in whatever I slept in

Wake up, relieve self, eat lightly, dress, go to hospital w/ wheelchair-ready scale, weigh, subtract chair weight as shared by my DME man, share w/ RD, rejoice or cry depending on final weight/change, repeat in 6 weeks.
