Good luck. Set some smaller goals to build up to that bigger goal. Best way to do it. I'd recommend looking around for advice in the other sections for meal ideas if you need them. It's easy once you get into it although tracking can be annoying but it definitely helps. I've lost 20 Lbs using the app which was my goal. I'm now just focused on my fitness goals.
