Favorite / Best bicep exersises

What are some of your favorie bicep exersises to start and end a workout with ? which ones work the best for you?

  • I never start a workout with a bicep exercise. I start my workout with the largest muscle groups / compound lifts, then work down to the isolation exercises.

    Favorite bicep exercise - chin-ups.
  • Deadlifts and pull ups? Women have picked up that having guns with no back or legs means you fake it.

  • Yeah compound exercises are awesome. I hate it when my PT makes me do biceps at the end of the workout - I am burned out at that point - and I would rather emphasize biceps within a compound lift during the workout instead.
  • like someone else said, I always start my workout with a compound movement….but I like weighted chin ups….

    OP - you might want to look into a structured lifting program. The start with a bicep move comment indicates that you would benefit from one….
  • I like to finish biceps with 21's - at the end of a good session even light weights will burn like hell!
