May Goals

I'm new to MFP and have set goals for May.

5,000 steps weekdays, 7,500 on weekends. I work from home and sedentary job.

Log everything that goes into my mouth. Measure, weigh everything even water and log it.

Journal daily.

Fast from any alcohol.

Don't give up!

    10,000 average steps daily
    Complete 30 day shred and fitness blender's 4 week fat loss
  • Good goals, welcome, and GOOD LUCK! My first goal when I started was 10K steps a day. Almost a year in, and I still do it everyday.. It has become a habit (a good one for once) :)
