Daily Goals And Rewards
Usually everything in life is goal oriented and has some type of reward. So I thought of this
Listing my top 4 goals today:
1. Track everything that has calories
2. Exercise for 30 minutes
3. Eat more veggies
4. Keep decreasing the amount of soda I drink
I do this everyday and count by a week
After a week I have had 28 goals to meet
For example: Achieving 20 to 28 goals: I get to buy a new pair of shoes, or get a massage etc.
Achieving 10 to 19 goals: I get to buy a favorite book, nail polish
Achieving 1 to 9 goals : I get to buy a puzzle or see a movie in theaters
The rewards has to be something you want and unrelated to food.
What do you think???
