I make green thickie smoothies and love them0

1 scoop vanilla protein
1 cup almond milk
1/3 cup pasteurized egg whites
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup baby spinach
Ice
Blend and enjoy!!0 -
This one is awesome in my mind... Had it almost every day for the past few weeks!
1 small frozen banana
1 cup cold water,
1/2 cup coconut or regular milk or soy or whatever
1 handful of spinach
2 tsp matcha powder,
1 scoop protein powder (i use Vega One green).
Blend it up with some ice cubes (I like mine super cold).0 -
