    Successes/struggles this week: love eating sugar. so much sugar. like ALL the sugar. Ate chips in the car on the way home instead of something healthy :(. Got too hungry during the day. Must find way to balance out food and have a healthier lifestyle. Not drink sweet drinks either.

    Successes/struggles this week: Was away visiting boyfriend while off work for a week and ate at restaurants, went to the movies (popcorn!) and fell back into drinking pop a bit. Success is that I somehow managed to balance everything enough that my weight was EXACTLY the same when I came home. At least I know I can maintain. :P

    Successes/struggles this week: I am just getting back on the wagon this week with my weight loss. I ending up gaining 5 lbs the last couple weeks. I have manage to no salt this week and I love it! I plan to cut out all sugary things starting this today

    I'm going away the 23rd to the 30th so I'm cutting this challenge short. I've been yoyoing so much the past two months that I only see an overall 1 lb loss/month but I'm trying hard to stay focused. So my goal is to hopefully lose 2 lbs before vacation :) add me if you need a friend :)
