30 day arm and leg challenge

Day 2 of arm challenge. Have swapped leg challenge to ab challenge as my knees are just awful at the mo :-(.
Which I'm gutted about as it's my thighs and bum I need to tone the most. But my knees are agony after one squat...drs tomo x0 -
