30 day arm and leg challenge

I have to loose weight and get in shape this summer. Does anyone want to start the 30 day leg and arm challenge with me?
We can help keep each other on track by posting every day when we have completed it.

  • Day 2 of arm challenge. Have swapped leg challenge to ab challenge as my knees are just awful at the mo :-(.

    Which I'm gutted about as it's my thighs and bum I need to tone the most. But my knees are agony after one squat...drs tomo x

  • Day 6 done! Push ups getting a lil easier but the 6 today did put me out of breath a bit...
