Fatty liver disease

I was recently diagnosed with NAFLD...advice was to lose weight. Anyone else on here had the same diagnosis and advice they can share that will help clear up the problem? TIA...

Didn't your doctor advise a low carb diet? I eat LCHF and I know people are eating this way to treat fatty liver... I just assumed it was doctor recommended but maybe not? LCHF for Beginners, if you're interested and some studies I've seen linked to recently:
