
Did my first before and after pic today!! Down 21 lbs.
Started back on my weight loss journey in January but had a pic when I was trying in oct. So proud of myself but still have a long way to go!!
Originally I weighed 250. Lost to 190 and then of course gained back to 228. Did a lot of changes to my diet, life in general And started exercising.
Now today I am at 207 and very happy with my progress.
Just thought I would share.

Ps. I didn't suck in! Totally relaxed and poked out. Lol
