Hi all, I haven't been on MFP again for a bit ... life is just too darn busy. I've been slowly losing a bit but stalled out the last week, have lost a bit of motivation and am out of my exercise routine - need to work on that.

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? no, overate at dinner
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? eating all healthy foods - just too much
What would I have done differently? exercise, not eaten as much for dinner
What is today's personal goals? check in, walk

Mood today? a bit frustrated with myself

Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...) I just made the Mulligatawny Soup, it had little red lentils in it, apples and cashews yum.
Mood today? I am better but still have a small cough. From others I have heard it can hang around for a while
