recommitting to MFP
I'm not really getting started but more recommitting. Last August I restarted MFP and did really good. I have been keeping my food diary every day to the best of my ability but lately I have been slipping back into old habits. So today 7 months after I restarted I am officially recommitting. Logging my current weight and going forward from here.
I'm still down 25 lbs from where I started so I know I can do this.

well my recommitting didn't go so well. I did not quit though which is a huge improvement for me.
here I go again.
I am going back to what I did last august. I logged my food but I had a food plan that I used many years ago.
daily requirements - 3 fruits, 2 Veggies, 2 starches, 6 - 8 oz protein a day0 -
