Hi... I am a grandmother (young 59) who needs to lose about 35 more pounds! It's so hard at my age... anyone else in the same boat?

I'm with you! 59 and needing to lose about the same amount. I'm in recovery from a triple bypass around the 1st of November and am struggles with weight gain.

We WILL do it!! I find it comes off only if I exercise.... walking briskly is about all I can handle right now......
