How to do Preacher DB Curls without any equipment besides the Dumbbells themselves.

My problem is that I cannot afford a Preacher Curl bench simply because of my income and minimal apartment space. What could I use to achieve the form of this excercise for a low cost and minimal space.

Use the back of a chair. A concentration curl will also suffice.
