Friendly Biggest Loser Competition!

This is a friendly Biggest Loser competition! As we all know, finding the motivation to make healthy and long-term lifestyle changes can be extremely difficult. It is our hope that through this activity we can help each other get motivated and to stay on track. Myfitnesspal is a great tool to help indicate the nutritional value and calories in our food as well as the amount of calories we burn during our work outs. By knowing this information, we can work on improving our choices and have a clear perspective on what works for us. Everyones journey is different and we can learn new strategies from everyone in this group. Although it is a "competition", we are here to motivate and encourage each other to be our very best! In the end, we are all triumphant!

Here are the rules:
-5$ entry fee
-We weigh in once a week together and the participant who loses the least percentage of weight pays 5$ into the pot (this is not done to minimize that participant's journey but to fuel the competitive edge that drives our motivation throughout the competition)
-5$ penalty fee for no-shows on weigh-in days
-Participants must agree to go about this competition in a HEALTHY manner, the goal is to optimize our health and not cut corners that could compromise it!
-The winner at the end of the competition receives the amount of money that was raised throughout the journey!

*On weigh-in days, we can share workouts that work for us and healthy recipes. At weigh in days, Emily has volunteered to share a new 15 minute circuit workout that is adaptable and can be done from home!
