Too Embarrassed
Been overweight my entire life. Constantly told I'm fat by friends and sometimes by strangers. I don't have any pictures of me anywhere because i'm to embarrassed of my self. Fresh Fruits and sugars
ok I love fresh fruit - oranges, strawberries, apples, pineapple, etc. you get the picture. BUT if find that consuming these makes me go over my sugar intake. I thought fresh fruits were good for you.

Hi everyone, as a relative newbie to MFP, I have a question. Do u eat the calories gained through exercise? If I don't, I receive a message saying I'm not eating enough, but if I do, my weight loss is slow to non existent. I know I need to find what works for me, but what works for all you guys? Thanks for any responses.

Charlottes 3 min belly blitz
hi everyone I have been doing charlottes 3 min belly blitz for 2 months now but I am not sure what to put it under in my exercise entry. If I put it under cardio, the 60 mins is only a loss of 60 calories and I think it must be more than that. Anybody know what it should go under? Thanks :)

Eating back exercise calories
HI all, my calorie goal is 1200 each day. Should I be eating back my exercise calories? or should I have a net calorie less than 1200 on exercise days?

Eating exercise calories
I'm a tad confused. Over eating is bad but under eating can be as destructive. I exercise 5-6 times per week and my MFP calorie goal is 1348 even without exercise. So the question is this....if I burn 1300 kcal a day in the gym and consume 1300 kcal do I eat an additional 1300 kcal to keep functioning? Cheers peeps :)
