24 hour fasts almost everyday. Bad idea?
I eat almost all my calories in the morning (1500-1600) and don't eat anything until the next morning. I get tired earlier than usual eating like this, but it has been working for me otherwise. I've been eating like this on and off for 2 months. Will this have any long term negative effects?

Almost reached my target
Feeling positive - for the last 1/2 months I have been trying to put on weight from 9 and half stone to 12 stone whilst working out 3-4 times a week. I am a little bit under 11 stone now so almost there! So pleased because I have never gone over 9 and a half stone before as I've had trouble eating enough food, Thanks MFP!

I'm sick of binge eating
Yesterday I ate 4 full bowls of cinnamon toast crunch cereal, half a loaf of rye bread, and a bunch of cheetos. Then I raided the fridge and ate whatever I saw. I had a bowl of rice pudding and made a turkey sandwich. I was so desperate to eat something more that I started eating cold rice with ketchup. Then I also had a…

Burn, Balance or Build recipe book
For those of you that collect recipe books like me here is a good one that has three different ways for each recipe depending on if you are on a cut, maintaining or gaining weight. It substitutes ingredients for 95% of the recipes to alter them rather than just changing portion size and it has breakfast, snack and main…

Whats your favorite go-to treat? Your indulgence? The food you just don't care if it fits your calories. I love me some sushi.

what are several filling meals
My allowed calorie intake is 1,200. My biggest problem is I love to eat and I snack a lot throughout the day. I am looking for meals that would be more filling and healthy snack choices. I'm busy and have little spare time so I eat out a lot at fast food places because I don't have a lot of time to cook. So any ideas would…

ashamed!
So disappointed with myself right now. Worked so hard lifting, eating well and being a positive role model for my kids over last 6 months. I lost 21lbs and felt like a new person, good skin, mind, body etc. Only to go and put 14lbs back on in last month! I'm tired, grumpy and lazy. I only have myself to blame. Suppose I'm…

Scales!!!
Due to a broken incisor, toothache, and having the tooth taken out yesterday, my food intake has obviously been limited, only 800 calories over 2 days. Being human I couldn't resist getting on the scales this morning. I was hoping for a weight loss, something positive to come out of the last two days, but no I had remained…
