Getting back on the horse!!!
I went from 385 to 362, then back up to 275. Life is just hard, and maintaining and losing weight is very hard thing to do. I fell off, but I am attempting to get back on. My goal is 300 by end of year. If you are reading this, having a buddy to go through this journey with would be great.

week 3
This seems to be going well so far, i have dropped 8lbs. really all i have changed is that because i am aware of the tracker target, i am not eating all the extra stuff that has put on the pounds. One thing i struggle with is not snacking rubbish in the evenings! Good luck to anyone just starting out, so far so good :)

Exercise calories - how many to eat back
Hi Just a bit of general advice wanted really I understand the site overestimates calories burned. When you exercise and log it, do you eat back a percentage of what you burned? Or do you have a standard, i.e. 1200 calories non exercise day, 1500 calories exercise day - irrelevant how much exercise you do? Thanks in advance

is there something wrong with the app?
I had my goal set at 0.75kg loss a week with a daily calorie goal of 1290 but it does not reflect on the home page display bar. Its stuck at 1200 no matter what i change my weekly loss to. Anyone having similar issues?

Psychology of Running
I love running. I enjoy it when I'm doing it, I feel smugly smug afterwards and for the rest of the day, it clears my head, I get fresh air, it's good for me and keeps me fit. So how come I have to mentally pep-talk myself into it every time, until I force myself out the door? Makes no sense.

I'm kicking it up a notch with my training and fitness with swimming, cycling and running weekly. If anyone is also training…

Coconut Flour Pancakes
Coconut Flour Pancakes These are super yummy! I got this recipe from here: http://www.cheeseslave.com/2008/10/17/coconut-flour-pancakes/ The only thing I changed was that I added a bit more coconut milk, added cinnamon, and doubled the maple syrup/honey. 3 eggs 3 tablespoons butter or coconut oil, melted (plus extra butter…
