Calculating your RDI - why so different between programs?
I've noticed that MFP tells me my recommended daily intake should be 1730 calories per day to lose 1 lb/wk while both Fatsecret and Calorie King tell me it should be 2300 calories per day to lose 1 lb/wk. That's a big difference! Anyone have thoughts on why MFP is so much less than the other two?

Is 1300 avg cal per day too little??
So I've been using Mfp for about a week now and after seeing my sugar and fat intake being 2-3 times the daily goal I reduced my intake of both to match the goal. However now I'm averaging about 1300 calories per day. I only eat raw fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds and workout daily for 30-60min. With these workouts I'm…

Polar A300 or Fitbit Charge HR?
I'm trying to decide between the Polar A300 and the Fitbit Charge HR. I know the Polar needs an extra accessory with it to check heart rate unlike the Fitbit. But it is waterproof unlike the Fitbit, which is just sweat and splash proof. Just looking for any help, suggestions, advice on which to choose. Thanks!
