Fitbit Calories
Not sure where to ask this - my fitbit calories aren't showing up on MFP today. Has anyone else experienced this and if so what did you do? It's possible this has been covered somewhere else, but I didn't know where or how to look. Thank you for any help.

what do ppl on this forum mean when they say
Bioscience? I have read this term being used in a derogatory manner a few times now. I am assuming the people mean pseudo science but am unsure. Perhaps Bioscience means different things to different people. When I was at university bioscience was any science connected with living organisms (ie. Medicine, biology, etc).

Trying to figure out calories per hour...not continuous enough to be cardio...? I dunno...but get my 10000 steps in easily...anyone have an accurate-ish calorie burn rate I can borrow? PS..do you count it if you do it every day...or does yr body just sorta acclimate?

I still feel fat
I'm 5'4" and 128 pounds. I've lost 47 pounds over the last year and a half. And I still feel fat. Partly because I have cellulite on my thighs and I can see back fat. So fitness tips for those areas would be helpful. Additionally my weight loss has hit a plateau so it's frsutrating.
